eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal holding funds for 21 days

I misunderstood the original question.

When your feedback reaches +100 or when you have (I think) 20 DSR and all higher than 4.5 (I might be fuzzy on that part).

They try to kid you that FB of 100 will stop the holds. Not that true. Just be aware that you may still get holds even with high FB. Your selling account may be OK but if the buyer has problems, paypal put a hold on the transaction pedning their investigations :pout:

Glad to tell you guys they are not holding the funds now when the buyers have paid..

My feedback currently stand at 26

With the DSR at 17...

Item as described: 4.9
Communication: 4.9
Dispatch time: 4.8
Postage and packaging charges: 4.9

So the 100+ and 20 DSR doesn't appear to be correct... looks like they choose whenever they feel like it..... not that I am complaining (makes a change about eBay and PayPal
