Temporarily suspended
 

Hi guys,

I tried to list an item and this came:

To remove the hold on your account, please contact a member of our customer service agents who will happy to assist.

I don't know where it went wrong. I used a VPS a week ago and switched to IPburger. Than I logged in with another IP(from another account) to the account that is temporarily suspended.

Any suggestions on the reason and on a way to pass "confirming of your information" ?

The VPS probably had a bad IP so that flagged the account.
Then you switched IPs which probably raised another flag.
Switching all these IP can always lead to problems.
What was the item you listed? if it was a high risk item then you realy went out of your way to make this happen.
Luckily for you though this sounds like a regular hold that occurs many times when you list your first item. A quick call usually resolved this situation and they ask basic questions about the account and the item you sell. Do some research about that and just play it cool when you call in.

best it to call them and let them know issue they will ask id proof send it and work done buddy
