eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I am researching the forum to set up some ghost accounts. One question though. I use a VPN, which I believe changes my IP address every time I log in. Is that okay or do I need to have to a static IP address on the VPN for bypassing eBay and PayPal with a ghost account?
Thanks for your help. New to this and a bit overwhelmed !

Hello . It is recommended to use an IP STATIC / IP DEDICAT from the company that offers your VPN service.

Sorry if this question is a little dumb to you guys. But does that mean I have to have a dedicated VPN IP for every account I open? Is there a limit to how many Static IP addresses I can get from a VPN supplier?

If you're getting a different IP each time, its not static, and its most definitely not fresh (so potentially abused).

A vpn is not always the best way to go, I personally love dongles. So easy to use and a fresh ip almost every time.
