Defo no nosedived. I’m in top 3 and all buyers are emailing saying they can’t purchase.
Fellow vape sellers have complained to. Ebay have tried blocking personal accounts to stop buying nicotine 72mg and only make business accounts able to purchase but whilst doing this they have also blocked legal sales of 20mg nicotine shots.
When revising a listing an error pops up saying problem with listing you must put this snippet in your item description.
There are 2 snippets.
One that says on business users can buy over 20mg and one that says consumers can buy under 20mg
However the snippet you put in for consumers doesn’t work and now it only works when untying the business snippet in, which then ebay business can only purchase.
Every listing with the word nic, nicotine, nic shots etc... has to put either the business snippet or consumer. But the consumer one just doesn’t work.
I’ve done a test purchase and I only can purchase with a ebay business account.
Spoke to customer service 22 times and each one has said something completely different. |
