It will usually take up to 24 hours for the first few items to appear

Been over 24 hours for me ... we are at 27 hours atm, cheap inexpensive, low risk item that is brand new & sealed.

EDIT: 29 hours later, the item is live.

Sometimes it can take longer than 24 hours with the first item going up. Best to just be patient and let it run its course.
