Default I am good to go but Flash Cookies???

Right i am good to go! Got me pals account already used for 2 years, all good feedback, linked to his paypal account.

I have wiped my computer with crap cleaner, my ip changes evertime i log on and i have re done all my images completely.

Is there anything else i need to think about? One thing that i am wondering about is FLASH COOKIES! I have wiped cookies, are FLASH COOKIES included in this or is there some other option i dont know about?

Anything else u people might think might be helpful giz a shout.

Some privacy cleaners take care of flash cookies. Some don't.

To be certain, just find the folder tree that contains your saved flash objects and NUKE it. If you play games like Sonny 2 and Gemcraft, you want to stash those saves manually first and then restore them after you drop the bomb.

Or if you use Firefox, get a plugin called BetterPrivacy. Use that to remove your current flash objects and then get the plugin called flashblock to keep it all from coming back.

What about just setting up a new user account on your computer?

No flash cookies are more than likley not included in this,
you need to wipe them directly through adobe
here :
Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel

Better to use a new windows user account only for this ebay and paypal and leave the flash objects that ebay and paypal place, they dont like the flash cookies being deleted once they have been placed

Being that he is about to use an account he has not already been using, he can either create a new windows user account or he can completely clean his current windows user account.

If he never lets flash in ever, then ebay/pp won't get uppity about it. The bots will assume he doesn't have a flash interpreter installed. If he lets it in, then deletes it, lets it in, deletes it etc etc etc.... That's a bad thing.

I block it. Always. Never a problem. My brother goes back and forth. Has problems.

So, block it always or let it in and keep it. Don't alternate.

BetterPrivacy plugin DOES cover flash. Covers regular cookies and is the only thing that reliably handles DOM. BetterPrivacy is *THE* method of choice, hands down.

The Adobe global settings manager is run by - guess who(?) - Adobe. Those are the people who created the problem. Do you really trust their site to truly let you fix it? You can use it as a one time cleaner, but the settings it CLAIMS are permanent changes aren't permanent at all. Your flash comes back.

Use the global manager. Then use BetterPrivacy. Then install the flashblock plugin. And forget about it forever. Or keep playing with it over and over.

Just make a New Windows user account problem sorted don't need to worry about cookies or flash cookies then.

Unless you simply don't want them at all for any reason. For those who selectively require certain things, a new windows user account will still need some additional interior decorating.
