Access Denied

Hi Guys
Try to upload the proof of ID , but it says

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?" on this server.

I am using firefox under VPN .
May I know the reason for that pls?

Paypal knows we are using VPN . so they doing this on purposely

Suggest you try from an alternative browser or wait a few days and try again if possible. If it had anything to do with IP the account would have been limited by now...

So the account had already been limited, guess they were slow in updating you. Common glitch with PayPal unfortunately...

Don't use VPN's they are absolutely no good.

If you want one, buy one off here under the marketplace section. you can get a fresh IP address for a couple bucks a month

I think maybe you should make your own thread and explain how you want to use eBay/pay pal.

Can any sellers guarantee photo id and address docs within 48 hours of making payment for UK accounts. I have bought 15-20 sets over the last 3 years and most take at least a week if not 2 weeks although they promise next day service. Please contact me. Thanks.
