I have been experiencing this issue for the past four days and have spend at least 6 hours on the phone with Ebay and Paypal. It's unfortunate that "known" problems are not known by their phone staff. While on a conference call with both companies, Paypal took responsibility for this issue. Their system is not sending accurate email addresses to Ebay. The records that are being sent indicate "no email address" where there should be one.

The provided no estimated time to resolution other than to say "it won't take months" and that they would send an email when it was resolved.

does anyone here knows how old the paypal account has to be for it to work?

Paypal accounts created before August, 19 work great for immediate payment.

Ran into the same error on three out of twenty new accounts - I just unchecked the box here: http://prntscr.com/p7hbdj

That solved the issue for now.

It's okay if you use eBay.com, but it doesn't work with ebay.de

yes german accounts dont work!

got this issue on all accounts created from 01.09.19

also tried to use different email addresses so not only Gmail.

so what can we do?

Yeah just called they said they are working on it. But no solutions or date. Paypal are crooks.

One of the paypal agent even said to me: "you can contact buyers on ebay and try to send a recepit on paypal if you can, so they pay directly on paypal." LOL. No wonder ebay and paypal are leaving each other.

I apologize for the trouble you're experiencing. This is a known issue and our technical team is working hard to resolve the issue. At this time, we do not have an ETA when it will be fixed. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. ^TM

for ebay austria i can even enter a paypal account that doesnt exist,strange...

i still have some old foreign paypal accounts like from us, do you think they wil get blocked if i use them to sell on ebay.de?

You aren't going to get the best replies or discussions with use of this kind of language on the forum - just fyi - some ppl get turned off by this

I've burned about 30 ebays because of this. Not a single thing is working as they all end up getting banned.

I'm assuming this is some Ebay/- PayPal bug or what? It started happening like three-four weeks ago.

No, this happened to me also. Performed the link paypal account in ebay, but still have issues.

Today have lost 2 accou ts because of this problem. Ebay is limiting accounts.

Yes one guy has posted message here ( i have screenshot by mistake where im replying to him ) solution. I have answered to his post, but after 10-30min solution post and my comment was deleted.

Ah yes and also i have read, all new business account getting such problems, personal are all okay, also you can easy ask 100 item limits from ebay live chat.

I will try to test, but he was not explained all clearly. And i dont know how to find them by user ID only.

I have tested 5 accounts so far, personal 100 items / 3500 pounds
listed immediately, all works fine till now, but seems need to grow up to list some high end items.

I have listed PS4 disks, nothing removed, not sure about immediate payment, i didnt used it. Will check later and let you know.

It is already linked, I tried unlink relink but doesn't appear. But it still is linked just not showed. Have this issue since the beginning but never had problem receiving payment as long as require immediate payment is on.

but also cant set on auctions with payment methode PayPal.

Has anyone found a solution for the 'Immediate Payment' option? I can't seem to list an item as eBay complains that my PP isn't verified.

No glitch or work around found till now.

I think the business is over.
