Funny paypal restricted me asked for photo id sent the same one then they reinsted m

I submitted ids about 5 weeks ago and got all restrictions removed on PP ..Then i had a break for a month to organize a new line ...So today i relisted the same product as before and immediately got an email from Paypal saying due to suspicious activity we have restricted your paypal

All they wanted was photo id ..But i thought this account is toast if they suspect me of something im gon

Any way i sent the same ID i sent before... 5 mins latter they reinstated me ...So was that luck or what ?
