Hello.

I have found that sometimes when I go to make a payment to somebody, it asks me to verify myself with a phone call or SMS. What causes this? Usually, it just goes through without this issue but sometimes it will ask for it. I just want to find out what I am doing to cause this to prevent it in future. Thanks.
