A new regulation introduces changes to how you log into your PayPal business account. In order to access your PayPal business account after March 31st 2020, you will need to ensure you have an up-to-date mobile phone number associated to your account.

well..pretty much same with Personal acc too..My own has got effected since brexit. Recently have to call PP UK customer support - the rude Non English guy with hindi akcent redirected me to IRELAND CS - that's where my acc is opened originally - EU country - The polite gentelmen - with CLEAR "queen" English - solved all my problems instantly

BUT - u know what??? Paypal just a CRIMINALS -as they tend to HOLD - every1's FUNDS - in own favour..simples

i noticed on my paypal homepage (personal account) something about 2 stage identification because of a change in the rules. we all know if you are using a new device or have stupidly deleted your cookies you could have to confirm its you with your phone but maybe its going to be more regular even if your using a usual device.

So is this going to be a daily login type affair, requiring two stage authentication? or just when sending dollar?
