Vcc? Evay /paypal

So i have been able to take cashout pypal but now i want to try the VCC


When i go to the market place it states "ebay VCC/paypal VCC"

Whats rhe difference? Between both? And i persume i only need the PP VCC?

P. S i am still able to buy btc with that and cash out etc etc?!?

paypal vcc - used to verify paypal

Best to clarify with seller on buying and using the vcc like you want to do
