"Please try again later" is what I keep seeing on paypal.
Been trying at various times for 36 hours now.
I just made a fresh set up last week with a brand new vanilla visa which is working fine so I don't know whats happening today ? Any one else having issues ?

I believe the vanilla switched banks that’s why it’s not working. It’s time for a change.

Can't confirm. But you have to register the vanilla cards before use which is when you simply register it with your stealth details so that it works.
The credit in the vanilla visa can be used towards ebay purchases, paying fees. If the account gets burnt for whatever reason before you spend it you can then just spend the credit buying your groceries ... win/win.

The Vanilla gift cards I have used do have AVS so you do need to regster them with your stealth details. I don't know how the US system works but here in the UK it checks the house number and the digits of the postcode only. If your house only has a name then it is just the digits that are checked.
I have a real bricks and mortar shop and have a card machine with the ability of taking telephone orders and have had this confirmed with the card processor.
