So to be clear on that, is it a system that can detect mis match details right off the bat when you input the details? Or do they want to see documnets to verify the details match? | We don’t know yet what kind of verification adyen wants wether it’s bank statement and or photo id .. they use them to match the eBay name & bank name etc am guessing it will all have to match. |

Might be worth keeping eye on the eBay Community forums as well, although there does not seem to be a great response to it.
However don't Etsy use Ayden? |

You can just mindlessly sell and just worry about dispatching your items. The money automatically builds up and then automatically gets deposited to your bank. All in house, one customer services. |

Have our USA friends not switched over yet? I thought they were the first to do so.

Its at times like these I sometimes think I wish i had gone down the career route. | not only that, but its times like this I wish I had my own selling platform. SEO can be expensive though along with other Marketing cost. eBay is easy, you just list, they have done all the Marketing for you. Its also times like this I wish there were another dozen selling platforms just as big as ebay |

For other non stealth ebay sellers it seems they dont like it that their money will be tied up. For stealth sellers its all about not blowing their cover |

Your average person selling rubbish that isn't a business seller will ufcourse whinge about MP and having their money tied up. |

It's like walking a minefield as search engine updates can kill your site at any second. |

Same ebay item no. Listing indefinitely remains open until it sells. Perfect for SEO and it saves eBay money in advertising fees. |
| Jam918 | 02-27-2020 08:27 AM | Re: eBay to stop using PayPal What about the UK personal account?Only the business account received this notice.
Does this mean that UK personal accounts are not allowed to do business next year if not upgrade to business account?
Or it only affects the business account, the personal accounts can still use paypal?
Does it only affect the UK ebay accounts? If AU or CA ebay accounts doing business on the marketplace in the UK,will it be affected? |
| Rusek | 02-28-2020 06:15 AM | Re: eBay to stop using PayPal I think personal accounts UK will beable to use PP longer than business for sure
However on personal you cannot sell too much.
In Poland ebay was not informed sellers about any changed with receiving payments Quote:

| richie2065 | 03-03-2020 10:49 AM | Re: eBay to stop using PayPal OK there is a USA ebayer on here who was invited to trial the Ayden payment scheme last year by chance they had a stealth account, I asked them at the time was was required. I have copied the response below
They are a bank but they are acting as a credit card processor in this capacity. The only thing I had to send them was a copy of my bank statement which was a business account and under a business name anyway which was approved within 3 days |
