Mobile Hotspot Query

hi there, just a query if you could help

I had created a stealth account using internet tethering from a mobile phone (mobile hotspot)

I have since changed the phone handset but still have the same sim card

Am I safe creating a new stealth account using mobile tethering or will this detect linkage?

So original account - HANDSET 1 with sim card

Potential new account - HANDSET 2, same sim card

can I do this?

Yes handset not makes any difference even same sim, every time you put your phone on flight mode you get new ip which is good to use

ah I did not know that!

so its a case of logging all the IPs everytime a new IP is generated when you turn on/off flight mode just to be sure?

You really do need to be logging the IP if you are using more than 1 stealth account.

Dont spread the wrong info which is baseless
Whats the point keep record of ip?
You used one ip and your account is suspended and then this ip came to me and I used it on my account, do you think my account will get suspended? NO or even if you logged in the other account with this Ip your account will not suspend at all

Its the wrong info spread by members which does not based on anything

I have dozens of active accounts. Can I run all these under my single Static IP address?

Some of my hottest selling items are sold across many accounts. Would you advise I use the same Static IP across these accounts?

I create up to 4 stealth accounts daily. Do you suppose I should do so using the same IP?

As you can see, your premise is faulty and your illustration does not entirely fit OP's needs.

Ideally OP, you want the accounts not to use the same IP so you keep track of the IP addresses but it's really up to you

i use flight mode and mobile hot spot. never had any issues in 5 years

maybe logging the IP is not necessary but some may want to just to take extra precaution?

its not wise to use one ip for all of them , if one of them get suspended , all of them will be suspended too.
so to summarize it , you need a separate ip for each account youre using , for the safety of the other accounts ,

well , this is not totally true , due to my own experience , some times your phone doesnt get a new ip for some reason , it will get the same ip for a second time, and this will not be a good thing if you create a second ebay after few minutes of creating the first one , they will do some linking , and the second account might get a loww selling limit ,or even mc113 suspend ,
any way , to make this clear , noe all cellphone operators are the same , every one knows his cell operator very well after some time of using it , he will know if it change the ip every time you switch the flight mode switch , or not ,
