Transfer money from paypal to bank/cash pick up via xoom paypal

I have stealth ebay/paypal, is it safe to transfer money from paypal to bank/cash pick up via xoom paypal, they charge a minor fee for this service though.

Any thoughts or your experience if you have done this.

Zoom requires some verifications. I used it once but i dont like the service.
