Fire bank account Code not coming for me

I have added my Fire personal bank account to my UK paypal

Everything added normally however the code does not arrive to my bank statement

It has been over 1 week

I removed the bank account from paypal after 1 week and re-added but still no code - yes I have clicked the request code link on the paypal

I did a small £1 transfer to see if it would work but nothing arrived

Any ideas as to why this is happening to me?

Many years ago I used them not had any issue, not sure for now
