Unable to transfer funds from Paypal after 180 day wait

My paypal account was limited and I was told I had to wait 180 days to withdraw the funds.

after 180 days I got the email stating my funds can now be withdrawn but when I go to the transfer page there is no options to select in the to or from transfer bars.

I know the card I had on this paypal account has been replaced so it would have a different long number now but the account is still in place so I don't think that should matter for withdrawing funds?

Can anyone make any suggestions as I am unable to contact paypal at the moment due to the crisis

As you are saying long number it sounds like you have added a debit/credit card. In the UK we need to add a bank account (sort code and account number). Doing this will let you withdraw.

Yes, there is already a bank account attached to it.

PayPal may likely want you to send in an ID. This usually happens to some uk paypals

I wish they would ask then, as the 180 days have passed and they have not asked for anything. I just got the email saying it is ok to transfer now, but I cant?

I can still not get in touch with Paypal in any way about this.
All my messages are responded to with a generic response that someone will get back to me.
This has been going on for weeks now and they have not responded.

I would appreciate some advice on how to contact PayPal regarding a limited account.
