I meant I looked up the ip I was given by three on multiple different websites that supposedly tell you rough estimate of the town it will show geographically as an IP which is also the same town ebay will see if i'm thinking right. It's normal that if you live in Manchester, the mobile data ip three is going to give you will show the location as Manchester or a nearby town, definitely not London or halfway across the country. |

| Reinstatement via livechat is really really low and from my experience, even the accounts that get reinstated are simply going to be resuspended after you list the item again. Do let us know whether this is the case for you or not. |

While using three, the 2nd or 3rd Ip is usually London, however the first site is usually a location that is near you within 20-30 miles max I would say. |

In any event, it makes no difference, mobile sim provider, Head Office location or a made-up geolocation is not going to influence ability to create an account.

| So I opened 2 accounta, both were suspended got the harm email. One got suspended again within 24 hours. And the other is still going strong selling stuff there daily. Which is interesting.... |

And the greatest irony is that there is no "instant ban" on first listing unless you don't understand what you are doing. If you are consistently getting banned then it means Ebay are consistently flagging your accounts because they can see something they do not like.
I follow the stealth guidelines and take advice from anyone kind enough to give me some and I have had no problems creating stable accounts. It was a bit of a trial and error at the start but I have now created 5 1000 item accounts this week and they are all still alive and kicking

1. A few of my posts were deleted but oh well
2. I purchased stealth accounts in January, Sellers on Aspkin and 3rd party introduced pre listed (listed once upon) accounts in February/ March, anyway all accounts replaced with pre listed account - back as normal.
Most of you talk a big game over the internet but probably have had the same account for donkey years if you do stealth at all that is! I run through 10 or so a year. Each year we get this headache from eBay - ask any seller on Aspkin now, all accounts sold are pre listed upon if not boom suspension with slim chance of reinstatement
Most of you are new here from the looks of it besides the usual bunch of miserable trolls, this is year in year out for a few years now for me. If your bored because of quarantine go exercise or do something useful rather than spamming these threads.
And quite factually most my posts include info that might be controversial to sellers here (or sellers anywhere), this is how useful information is passed on most you just here for sh*ts and giggles
To conclude, accounts replaced all - all working, and even attached a saver bank. There was a scare in March about mismatched names and banks however it’s all well and fine.
And if this gets deleted then you’re seriously some cry baby lot who censor factual & crucial info
I’d say good bye but most you need a middle finger salute and a sp*t on the face |

Accounts don't just get limited on first listing like that as standard.
Either the account creator is setting them up incorrectly or the way you are going about the first listing is triggering something.

Accounts come prelisted
My last big purchase of accounts before this year was June 2019
There was no pre listed accounts as standard then
Now, at least via I’m purchasing it’s pre listed as standard
