NEW mc011 NO REAL REASON

Hi

i had an account selling normal goods

got lots of orders due to covid19

then......

paypal restriction - took 2 weeks to resolve due to covid19

ebay restriction so couldn't buy post on ebay had to do manual

they asked me to upload all trackers manually

sent in id was approved, sent in bill, was approved

they did not approve pro forma invoice as no proof it was paid

send in bank transfer proof

mc011 come in within 3 hours!!

now they said they will not reply

i see main reason for it items was slow to be delivered and post was paid manually as couldn't buy on ebay as paypal blocked


what do i do? give up? or is it worth emailing again even though they have said they will not reply

You can certainly try to keep appealing, but chances are you wont get anywhere I am afraid to say

painful , they don't seem to be taking in that covid19 has affected some deliveries

from my expierience mc011 can be completly random.

I once got mc011 on one acc which wasnt selling for one month. there wasnt a single case open or anything else.

you can try to resolve it but chances are low

so you have to pay for shipping label outside Ebay,but is there a t racking number,if so,did you upload to Ebay?

after you paid,your vendor should send you an invoice/sales order stamped Paid.
It is either included in the shipment along with the bill of lading or sent separate in an envelope

how slow is slow?
may be it has to do with what you have sold?

I'm in a similar to boat to you, in terms of eBay not liking that I have had to do manual shipping. I've recently submitted my ID, Address and Invoices and waiting to hear back.

there are reasons still.
how many active stock you filled in your listing?To avoid MC011 don't put too many Available quantity in there,max 5 each item would be safe for new accounts
check active quantity vs sold quantity always,never make it too wide gap

submitted a pdf appeal with points and timeline of events

they replied!

still a no!

lol

will try one more edited pdf with dates, examples of emails from customers, examples of slow post during covid19

one last throw of the dice
