What business accounts can you open on paypal?

Hi,

I will have a partnership business with my husband. My husbands paypal account was closed down 6 month back.

We need to open a business account on paypal. Question which kind of business account can I open so I dont have to mention his name as he cannot show his ID.

Partnership with business name is probably wrong as they want to see docs and his name will be listed on this? Should I just open a soletrader business account on my name? Would that work? What documents do they want to see then?

I would appreciate your help with this! I keep you all busy here with my questions, haha

They will ask for the partnership agreement. Partnerships typically are not limited and hence there is almost unlimited liablity

In USA,it would be sole proprietorship in your name only.
passport,driver license,bank statement,utility bills are all common documents asked.
If you sell,vendor invoice
