 Urgent brainstorming help required - correct setup on paypal
Hi,
I have now a business-company setup with all documentations in Ireland. I have a personal paypal in my real name. I need to change my business to sole trader or partnership. Now Partnership would be the best for me re taxation but my business partner was blocked by paypal permanently. What do you think is the best to do?
Plan A. Setup a sole trader with the Tax authorities and submit paypal soletrader account because I think that they will ask for goverment proof of business setup, correct? After I provided I will change my setup to partnership 6 month later and not tell Paypal, would that work?
Plan B. Setup a partnership account in paypal. My partner has 2 diffrent nationalities. And his previous name has a h in it by accident. Would it work to submit the other national ID and get him onboard again?
Plan C. Keep selling on my personal account and hope they will never block me and ask me to change the setup to business as I will be setup as a partnership with the Tax Authorisation
Plan D. To give them my company information but since this is a puplic record maybe they will know the company has been shut down?
What do you think is the best? I think plan A but would that work? So sorry for the long text.   |
