How to use managed payments on personal account

Hi, i have my real personal account laying dormant for many years now since my paypal was permanently limited. It's a personal account and not business, and i was wondering how i could enable managed payments as soon as possible so i can start using this account again. Do i have to first upgrade to business and then wait until 15th july or is there another way?

At this point you cannot join Managed payments without them sending you an invite. Those invites at the moment are sent only to heavier established sellers.
In time Im sure youll be able to use that account again but not at this point.
