Best MultiAccount Internet Setup PP UK - [2020]

Got the stealth guide. I know for one account, UK home broadband is the way to go. I am wondering, what is the consensus on best current way to run multiple - 3+ - PayPal accounts at once, if you are using for uses other than eBay. I've heard some say residential or static proxies and others say mobile tethering with constant IP switching. My current guess it that tethering would be best and IP switching between accounts but, am worried that a change in IP EVERYTIME each account is accessed with give red flags. Apologies in advance for sounding like a noob.

I've been logging into Paypal with different IPs for a long time and no problem. I just keep the cookies. Although I have an account that I always enter incognito mode without cookies and no problem either. Of course, take into account that my paypal accounts are from another country than yours, but it should be the same actually..

It won't cause reg flags as millions of 'ordinary users' don't use static IPs.
As long as you've got cookies in place, you're fine.
