Eb restricted, digital item tracking no asked

My eb acc restricted and now asked to provide them tracking number to confirm if the digital item I sell has been dispatched and received by buyer.

I sell item which are ebay message or email delivery only, how to satisfy eb when they are asking for tracking number.

Please help
