accounts for sale

ive noticed on many other forums there are managed payment enabled accounts for sale for the uk, is there anyone on here that can do the same? i just havnt seen it offered.

this is pretty hilarious considering everyone selling accounts on here using just paypal is breaking many laws already, especially in the usa, the patriot act makes using even made up names a potential felony, from what i understand with the new MP system account sellers are using all your real information and that keeps it legal?
