Default Accidentally mesaged buyer with mobile number that I registered on banned account

Accidentally messaged ebay buyer with mobile number that I registered on banned account about 1 year ago.

A different number is registered on my new account, nothing to do with my old banned ebay account. But About 2 days ago I mesaged the buyer with my mobile number that I used on my old ebay account and just today I relized that I should not have done that. But Im wondering if anyone else has done that, and what are the chances of getting linked from a 1 year old mobile phone number that was used on an old ebay account 1 year ago.

By the way, I messaged the buyer my # after the sale was completed.

When I sent the message I didnt get any warning like I have seen in the past on the older version of ebay going back a few years ago.

Of course I dont intend to do it again,

It's a 1 off, and they shouldn't be looking into your inbox manually.

I/m kinda confident you'll be ok

thanks for the replies. Would it be wise to delete any messages after the buyer has paid on mon, cash on collection. Or it doesnt make any diff as they keep all messges for 6 months anyway.

Won't make much of a difference - don't worry about a 1 off

I think if anyone ever makes this mistake, just make sure the transaction goes smoothly, so ebay does not have a reason to look at your messages. Just my 2cents. This forum is all about helping people and providing guidence. Once again, thanks for all the replies.
