why would i change my address back to my old one when i don't live there anymore

will upload my dl once received thats all i can do

They do really want UK site users to live in UK. That is a fact. If you don't like it - use .Com platform

I know that at least credit history in the EU can be checked. The TO should open an account in their country of residence as they apparently can not be credit checked in the UK
