Can I create eBay Stealth account in Colombia?

Hi. I moved to Colombia this week from the UK. I am hoping to create a stealth account here, but not sure if its possible?

I successfully used 10 stealth accounts on the UK before managed payments killed them all. I don't think Managed Payments exists yet in Colombia.

Any info would be great.

I believe MP does exist down there but dont know the specifics.
And theres no reason you wouldnt be able to open a stealth acct down there. Only one way to find out though.

but of course you can , you simply open real or stealth payoneer and use it with ebay in colombia
