Hi, please who can help me out on this. Whenever I try to checkout on eBay, I keep getting “please check your payment details or use a different payment option. I have tried several cards and I keep getting same result.

Note: this cards mostly work for items below $100 and there is no restriction on the card whatsoever. Please help me out

What address are you using for the billing address when putting the payment through? And is this a stealth account?
