And attempting to use someone else's passport number/driving license number is fraud and we cannot do that.
How does the linking of the bank accounts work? Is it still business as usual? That is, name on bank doesn't need to match eBay name because they cannot see the account name. Or have they found some way to see the account name of people they are depositing funds to?
