Hello, I live in America. I want to open ebay account in UK via VPS. I will handle the address part from ukpostbox. I will get a UK phone line but I don't know how I can get paid. Is there a bank or virtual bank that I can open in England as a payment method? for my payments to be sent. Thank you.

You simply can't, only way I think is possible to setup ltd company since director can be abroad but not sure if virtual account will work on that or not worth trying and report back
