How can I get rid of 20% tax?

Hello, I live in America. I want to open ebay account in UK via VPS. I will handle the address part from ukpostbox. I will get a UK phone line but I don't know how I can get paid. Is there a bank or virtual bank that I can open in England as a payment method? for my payments to be sent. Thank you.

There are, but how will you handle the id/passport verification? Most will also ask for selfies.
