2 linked accounts, same real details. Mc011 on one! Should I appeal?
 

Hi everyone,

So I have a strong account in my real name and details since MP was introduced. A few months ago I decided to make another account having my same details but under a different eBay user name. This is allowed but will obviously link my eBay accounts should eBay look into it. So today my new account was hit with mc011. This was entirely my fault. I was slow dispatching items on this store as it was selling slowly so I didn't check the sales as often as I should have. Quite a few cases are still open.

I am able to appeal by providing tracking numbers of my sales.

Right before I received the restrictions I sold 5 more items which I still need to send. I will send these with tracking. However I have never sent items with tracking before.

My strong account is still unrestricted and selling. My question is, should I eventually appeal the Mc011 as it is in a limbo state of not being fully restricted. Will a failed appeal result in ebay closing both of my stores? If I leave it and forget about this store will they still let me keep my other store open?

Hello mate.
I have account since 17 years... Now, when Manage Payment process came I got MC011 due not being able to update my bank account [System doesn't allow me to change WISE to Lloyds account]
Almost 4 months since and nothing. Account is restricted. Can not relist any item and create any new ones.
Have been told that If all request will be closed and tracking numbers updated they release my money. That was obviously BS. While account was cleared up of every hanging opened cases I haven't got any money. Been also told that once MC011 is triggered they will keep my money for 62 days [!] so few £X XXX are on hold and Adyen just made pay out of 2/3 of all amont to my WISE account... But they still keep £X XXX as sales goes on on restricted account.
It looks like you'll be selling and no money will be paid out just because MC011 is hanging above.
What Bank account did you use to pass MP?
