Hello mate.
I have account since 17 years... Now, when Manage Payment process came I got MC011 due not being able to update my bank account [System doesn't allow me to change WISE to Lloyds account]
Almost 4 months since and nothing. Account is restricted. Can not relist any item and create any new ones.
Have been told that If all request will be closed and tracking numbers updated they release my money. That was obviously BS. While account was cleared up of every hanging opened cases I haven't got any money. Been also told that once MC011 is triggered they will keep my money for 62 days [!] so few £X XXX are on hold and Adyen just made pay out of 2/3 of all amont to my WISE account... But they still keep £X XXX as sales goes on on restricted account.
It looks like you'll be selling and no money will be paid out just because MC011 is hanging above.
What Bank account did you use to pass MP?
