Adding card to Paypal Stealth

With previous paypal accounts I've never found issue but just wondering if different with stealth accounts, when adding a card for withdrawals it normally works with the account holder name even if it doesn't match mine. Just wondering if that raises any alarm on paypal.

Also if changing email or password after login with new ip (just after buying stealth) also raises suspicion?

1. Mismatch name deposits still work depending on the bank

2. New ip logging in and then changing info could raise suspicion - are cookies still in place?

you'd have to delete cookies?

No you don't delete cookies - you keep them in place, separate user accounts
