Adding Paypal TopUp Card to stealth account??

HI,

I have a stealth Paypal account linked to my own new bank account.

Now, is it possible to open a Paypal Top Up card with this stealth Paypal account?

From what I gather, the Royal Bbank of Scotland (who sanction the card) do a check on you through the bank account linked to the stealth account, and so in turn would send to my real address. Would this raise any red flags at Paypal?

I think its unlikely that I will be able to apply for one and wont be risking it - however just wondered if anyone had tried and if so what happened.
