UK VCC - buy-topup with paypal

Anyone know of safe UK VCC that can be bought and topped up with paypal. Dont expect it to be secure just need to get some of my money out of my account now and onto a card I can use to pay a supplier?

I could get one no problem for this particular thing, as I am not hiding identity (although I am looking into this for other accounts).

It was more a matter of immediacy for me. I could do with placing order now, would be better to use a vcc thats all. I think with paypal topup it takes a few days to arrive?

It does, yes. Just I can not think of a VCC that takes paypal as you would like Other UK users may answer as well

I cant see any either sadly, bummer... want to place an order! money in paypal to place. the only other person i know with an account and available card is my mum lol, and she will not use the internet for buying anything, fears that they will steal her identity
