Paypal account?

Hi everybody I am just wondering if I register new paypal account on my saving account can I use it.I've got another Paypal account which is OK but is linked to suspended Ebay account.So I already made Stealth Ebay account on ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name,but can I use my name and adress to set up new Paypal account/differend sort code and account number.Thanks

Hi, Savings accounts don't work with paypal anymore.

I to have paypal accounts that were linked to suspended ebay accounts but are still OK. I use one with a buying only account and another for odds and ends of none ebay business because I don't want to waste the bank accounts. Unfortunately they are useless for ebay selling....

You need to set up a new paypal account with the same ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details you used on your new ebay account. You can then get this verified with a new current account (or one that has not previously been used) - the name/address on the bank account will be your real ones but that is OK, just enter the actual account number/sort code with your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name.

You need to figure out a stealth one if your real one is linked in anyway to a suspended Paypal/Ebay account. Same goes for phone number (get a virtual one if you need to with matching area code from ringcentral or the like) and credit/debit card (try entropay).

I have just verified my paypal account with a savings account from Lloyds TSB a few days ago. So it seems some savings accounts do still work with PayPal

And in a few more days, you'll get an email from Paypal telling you the direct debit set up failed and to add another account.

Please let us know if this does / does not happen.

Virtually all accounts can accept money (the two deposits) but UK savings accounts do not accept direct debit mandates.

Lloyds is reported to 'share' info with paypal so is of no use for stealth purposes. You will get notice from paypal that the transaction has failed as their is no direct debit mandate with a savings account
