question about dsrs

,my pm quota of 6 msgs finished.
By report ,I meant ,when i sell high priced items on my seller account which has received 20 DSR from new zero rated buyers ,most of the buyers report to ebay saying that the feedback score is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ,then ebay looks into it and suspends it.
Does that make sense ??
