You clearly have a problem comprehending English. Why would I challenge eBay rules on returns? As I stated, they're not important - it's the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which matter and give the buyer more rights than eBay allows.

It sounds like you've disabled automatic return labels, which is good. However, eBay might still be forcing you to use their labels in certain situations.
