Apparently, in my case, he's using a supplier that hasn't provided in time...16 days now - I would not rely on him for pricey accounts right now.

Rsot let's please make it clear no account was bought by yourself

Re: Warning - JamesNorth

I can confirm that James has been in touch with me this morning and feels that part of my post was inaccurate. I agree with his opinion on this and so would like to say the following.

He has expressed his willingness to resolve my issue and has asked me to point out that I didn't mention that one of the accounts was suspended because I didn't log into it soon enough - and that he is replacing it for free. I wasn't aware that I had to do this but this could well be true.

I believe James would have responded sooner but had not seen this thread until this morning. I could see from his profile that he had not logged in for nearly a week.

At no point has James not responded to my messages. He does always reply - although it does sometimes take a few days (not always).

Thank you James for having the courtesy of coming back to me and not doing a runner like too many of the scammers around would.

I will add a follow up message later to advise on progress.

In the meantime please can I place my complaint on hold. James wants to sort it out and I am very grateful for that. Thank you.

Aka I'm bending over and taking it so I get my £600 or my accounts that I bought three months ago....three months...:)

Re: Warning - JamesNorth

Yes James has admitted that parts of my post were fair.

He has always replied to me - not always straight away - but eventually he always has.

And he was very helpful before I placed the order. He took the time to send me detailed voice messages and gave free advice, as he always has in the previous times I have dealt with him. He has always been very good in this regard and does have a lot of knowledge despite what somebody above said. Cannot fault him there.

Yes, this has gone on longer than I would have liked but the main thing is that James is resolving it for me now and he could have just ignored me. This proves he can be trusted.

He also does not sell on this forum now so it was probably unfair of me to post things on here about him without letting him know.

Correct - this was not for an account but for a document requested.

I got your e-mail today (3 weeks after I sent payment):

"Phone got dropped and stopped working just goggren it back hence the delay in replies appoliies for this

Will be over with you today

Sorry again on the lack of my replies I do everything through my phone (logging into the forum, emails etc)"

I recognize that stuff like this happens - hell, I've dropped my phone few times in the 2010s, broken them but I spend my day getting them fixed or replacement ...it's that important in these times - especially when doing business like yourself.

I'm just disappointed is all and I hope other ppl don't have to wait on deliverables like I do. I just wish you would have told me 3 weeks something like "I can't deliver for you by XXX day but 100% by YYY day" that's all - simple expectation for business

Re: Warning - JamesNorth

OK folks, just wanted to say that James has been working with me all evening and I now have what I was missing.

James has gone above and beyond to put things right and kindly upgraded one of my accounts to a better one.

He has been very helpful and I would like to publicly retract any comments or suggestions I may have made about him being non trustworthy. This is clearly not the case.

I am very happy with the outcome and would like to thank James for sorting it out as well as he has.

Is that the one that was limited before the OP claimed to have used it?

and took three months and a public outcry to sort out?

Can't say its trolling, just reading the information. It's not trolling just because you don't like what's being said.

It ain't the first time is it?

I no longer sell on the forum

Great to hear one last years - other may only last a few months thats just down to how an account is run, what is sold etc. I never promised accounts would last years just that they will come with an initial warranty and then after that its down to yourself to run the accounts

No e-mail received after the "broken phone" e-mail - still waiting on the deliverable - 22 days now.

Always have something unhelpful to add in :)

One chap (OP) os very happy with the outcome and knows why it took so long

Rsot needed something complicated which took me a lot longer to source than expected and has been offered a refund as its not fair to keep him waiting

Thanks for your input as always BeachedHead look forward to seeing what your next forum username will be after this latest one :)
