Nobody can tell you because you haven't given enough information and theres too many possibilities.

• Was it a high street bank or a fintech?
• Was it a current account or a savings?
• Did you verify the bank with Trustly/Open Banking or not?
• Were you using a isp or a mobile ip?
• Were you using a proxy or a VPN?
• Were you using a computer or a phone?
• Were you using a new computer/phone or one you'd previously used for ebay.
• Were you using a VM or not?
• Were you using a anti-detect browser or not?
• Had you made any purchases on the account first?

That's a possible 1014 combinations and only covers the most basic factors that could be to blame.

What VPN did you use? VPNs are known the be problematic...

You can't use a vpn to create an account it's an instant red flag.
