An easy and quick way of opening two accounts that isnt too messy or difficult to do.
This is predominantly for o2 users, however will work for all just need variations of whats listed, however you need a spare old modem
First account:
1. New phone number - phone BT tell them you are getting nusuance calls (witheld numbers) 6 days max
2. New IP - call o2 and switch from dynamic to static (costs £5 extra a month, only a month needed) instant
3. Bank account - goto any branch and open the lowest level current account, without OD facility. instant
4. Open new EB PP account using firefox with all lso's etc removed.
Variation of name address etc.
5. Use entropay for EB fees and for PP card on file.
Done! start slowly build up steady, dont go crazy, try to aim for 20 feedbacks in 30 days.
After 30 days:
2nd account
1. Ring BT Again, tell them someone has given your new number to the person you suspected making nuscance calls, and they have started again. Appologize prefusely, however it is causing you(or partner) distress and need it changed.
GET THIS DONE BEFORE MOVING ONTO NEXT STAGE
2. new ip : switch back to dynamic IP, tell o2 you cant afford extra charges.
Set up an old Thomson SpeedTouch 330 ( aka ST330 ) USB modem for linking to your o2 broadband service.
(this method can be done with other old modems, just download the appropriate BRIDGING drivers for your device.
(1) GET SOFTWARE WITH BRIDGING DRIVERS
So visit here:
DSL Modems & Gateways - - Thomson ST330 (Internet zone)
and download the file labelled: "Generic ST330/USB driver R4.1 MS Windows Vista Installer v0.3 (also for other Windows versions) (EXE, 13.01M - 04/03/2007) " or whatever later version there.
(2) INSTALL THE NEW
First make sure you do NOT have the ST330 connected to your PC, but get its other wire to the phoneline connected.
Then run the download from #1, accepting it's not validated, and make the following choices:
- English
- BRIDGING
- 0.101 (ie enter the VPI and VCI required for o2 as 0.101)
Then follow the instructions to connect up the USB and after a while you will probably be online with a new IP, this direct link will give a different IP to your o2 IP. ( have not had tiime to check if this IP will change again when disconnected and connected again a few hours/days later(very possible though)
Follow steps 3,4,5 from above
+ on your original EB PP change contact number to a free 0845 number
and your done, two working EB PP accounts verified with and with different IP's to log in from
