wtd | set up a new account with no computer based links.....
the name and address set-up has a few possibilities, they can be variations of banned account, other relatives addresses, po box
are your goods very specific and unique, if so the less name and address links the better.
you need to sort out your issues regarding why you were banned before making new accounts, eg rights owner, dsr, too much money going through paypal - before you make new accounts, or it will happen again and again...

I mean, a new account must be different enough from banned one to not get spotted initially by the computerised system, after that, it is a question of degree as to how much real or varied onfo you use,
Ive just been discussing it on a thread with forumer wtd today, check it out...

When you get the boot from eBay or PayPal, don't rush off unprepared trying to get accounts so you can get right back to selling. Something happened that got you kicked off, and chances are, if you take a little bit of time, you can easily figure it out.
Armed with further knowledge of what NOT to do, only then should you get going on your next accounts.

thanks for advice. I know how I get limited .
I had 2 powerseller accounts over 1000 feedback each.
Summer last year,I stoped business went for holiday for 2 months, after come back,I sold few hundred of ebooks just want to catch up the feedback , that makes 2 of my ebay accounts suspended , and my paypal limited .
I sent all information paypal asked for , but they told me I am too riskly , limited my paypal forever .
but I still manage 2 ebay account restored , but as no paypal account , I can't sell on ebay .
Now I have to start all over again , miss my feedback very much...

That's a total bummer to lose two such proven accounts. Next time you come off of a long vacation, or otherwise inactive period on eBay, maybe it would be best to ramp your selling up slowly again? That way eBay knows that you just took a break? Might be better than logging in one day after being inactive for 2 months and listing hundreds of items right away?
Remember, not EVERY time you get suspended is it eBay necessarily thinking YOU did something wrong. This sounds like them trying to "protect" your account from unauthorized use. Scammers are known for taking over eBay accounts that have been inactive and listing lots of items on them.
