Question about Orange dongle

hello.

I know that vodafone. o2. t-mobie changes ip address each you reconnect.
But does anyone know if Orange does the same thing?

They're all pretty much the same in which once you disconnect you get a new IP. So yeah, it'll do the same thing.

Will the Mac address be an issue? or is there no Mac add when it comes to dongles?
