I have just emailed the buyer to see if they will consider a retraction request for the feedback, will se how that pans out, told them i tried to call them in the email to.
I cannot believe people are so callous, they know full well what they are doing, worse still, why they are doing it.
I haven't done anything to this person, they haven't lost anything, i refunded their money. I knew this was a problem sale, when they asked for their money back before returning the item. I said no I wouldn't , not until I had receipt of the item.
Well here is to hoping my wonderful persuasive customer service skills will come into play ,and if they still do not agree, they will see my wonderful not so wonderful skills too. :) |
