UK ebay account from US?

I actually have sold quite a bit of items to UK over the years. The people there are a good 15% of my business.

Should I consider setting up a UK number (skype), paypal, and ebay account?

What issues would I run into, considering I live in the US?

Why do you need a UK account, for a small fee you can check a little box on the listing page for your items to show up on ebay.co.uk
