Problems with fax
Hello ******,
Thanks for sending to us the documents we requested for your
"********" account. Let me take this opportunity to be of help.
Please be advised that you need to resubmit your photo as it arrived
blurry. Also, please be informed that we'll only accept a photograph of
you together with each item you listed as proof of ownership. Please
also send us a copy of your passport or driver's licence as photo ID.
I'm afraid we don't accept email attachments for security reasons. Any
attachments sent to us are automatically deleted by our email system.
When we receive your photos we'll review your account and send you an
email - whatever the outcome of the review.
I trust that this information is helpful and that I've explained things
clearly. We look forward to receiving your documents and resolving this
matter as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Ruth Pierce

I tried there upload service but get an error stating can not upload at this time so ebay recommended that I should fax/send in the post. I use popfax recommended by 1 of the threads but theres no option to fax in colour? black and white or grey! I've never used fax before and paypal has direct upload which never a problem. Anyone have this problem with ebay when faxing photo id that it was too "blurry"
also the id is a thai drivers license as i'm working in thailand but registered to uk ebay because i'm from the uk. All my info is ***** but they already accepted my invoice with name and address. I can always print photos and place next to my listed item and take photo with them together if thats what ebay are looking for? but I have an old uk license with no photo pre 96/97 can I use that with my ***** name? or send both the thai license again with the uk 1 with ***** name?
