| | | Christianm | 05-26-2010 09:08 AM | Stealth Account Sort Codes and addresses So ive setup 4 virtual addresses (mailboxes) new phone lines (voip) , each totally seperate in business names , i spoke to my bank HSBC and they are willing to set me up 4 business bank accounts under my 4 different addresses obviously with debit cards , will it matter that the sort code is the same as long as its different addresses , acc number , phone and edited business names are different etc?
The aim is so can actually withdraw money out of these accounts without being linked by name bank etc, as i would use business names when adding the account to paypal , ebay ,what other possible links could there be? |
| oompaloompa | 05-26-2010 11:45 AM | sort code isnt a problem
cookies/LSO? |
| Christianm | 05-26-2010 07:18 PM | HI lso? cookies no different user accounts of course. I was doing 100k a month for 6 months consecutive then they stopped me so ill spend whatever i have to to set it up properly, so much USA advice hard to sift though it, would i be better using a entro pay card to verify things than a debit card? |
| oompaloompa | 05-27-2010 05:24 AM | either entropay or debit card are ok......
look up LSO, you need an add-on from mozilla to clear them, or better still, use another windows user screen per account, then no need to clear anything |
| Vicvelcro | 05-27-2010 05:41 AM | Some LSO is now global within your PC. That means it's accessible from every windows account. Keep regular cookies. Block or remove LSO after each session. |
| oompaloompa | 05-27-2010 06:27 AM | ok, Vic, question - LSO
previous advice was to, either keep cookies and LSO on each user, or alternatively delete them on shared screens with betterprivacy add-on
so, these global ones, is its not the same advice? we have to clear LSO now even on unique users. I mean if they are straying to other users, we have got to delete them regardless, right, or am I mis-interpreting?
also what do you think of the privacy plus add-on - worth it? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/14217 |
| HurricaneHuntr | 05-27-2010 06:29 AM | fk me, so does that mean all my accounts are now linked? I never removed LSO's. i just created different ips/different user accounts........ |
| oompaloompa | 05-27-2010 06:37 AM | I have both, as I have so many accounts, Ive got certain users that have just one account on them and i keep LSO and cookies
I then have a few shared user screens that are cleared of LSO and cookies each login...
I agree bizzy, sometimes Id rather not know these scary things, but weve gotta keep up with the methods...and Vics knows the knowhow...........
basically Vic is saying weve got to set betterprivacy to keep cookies and delete LSO, aye......well as Bizzy said, its probably too late now!! are these new objects?? recent? |
| oompaloompa | 05-27-2010 06:43 AM | I just looked up global shared objects and actually there isnt much info on them, just talks about the local ones.
If you keep flash turned off on mozilla on all users is that any help??
all I found was this on wiki- global LSO settings are not under the control of the user and can only be amended through adobe settings manager control panel
also what do you make of this from wiki - certain countries its illegal to track without their knowledge consent. For example, in the UK
customers must consent to use of cookies/LSOs as defined in "Guidance on the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003" [1]... |
| OfficialGenius | 05-27-2010 07:05 AM | If that's the case about LSO as vic mentioned, I think that means everyone is doomed. Unless I misinterpreted it. :faint: |
| oompaloompa | 05-27-2010 07:09 AM | Vic get back here , before everyone makes some artwork in their underpants................ |
| jbluntz | 05-27-2010 10:11 AM | I never used to remove LSO's either until recently, still have accounts up I'm gonna start doing it now though just to be safe, I heard the add on in firefox is better than ccleaner. |
